We stand behind our products and will always focus on your satisfaction. Society43 products are fully warrantied against defects in material and workmanship within 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires having been purchased directly from society43.com. 

Approved warranties will receive a replacement product if we have the original item in-stock, or a store credit for the original purchase price to be used on society43.com at a later time.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care, negligence, overly-aggressive house cats or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
